Enquiry and agreement
An email enquiry, package selection or completed website form is not a paid order. The website prepares an email which you choose to send from your own email app. A service starts only after the parties confirm the provider details, one vehicle, deliverables, price, dates and any special instructions in writing. These draft terms do not create an existing contract.
Packages and payment splits
Every package covers one vehicle. The comparison below preserves the quoted totals and limits. Any change or extra requires your prior written approval. The provider has confirmed it is not registered for VAT; no VAT is added to the displayed consumer totals.
| Package | Total fee | Payment | Included scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listing refresh | €150 | Fixed fee; no success fee | Remote; existing owner photos; facts and up to five comparable asking prices; one rewritten advert, photo order and one revision. Owner publishes and handles buyers. |
| Photo & listing | €250 | Fixed fee; no success fee | Listing refresh plus one 45-minute session in Vilnius, 20 edited photos, a simple 20–30 second walkaround, ready-to-publish copy and a social caption; one revision. Owner supplies a clean car and handles buyers. |
| Managed sale | €500 | €250 setup + €250 qualifying success fee | Photo & listing; 30 calendar days; up to four total enquiry-handling hours; three owner-attended viewing bookings; weekly update and one listing adjustment. |
| Concierge sale | €1,000 | €500 setup + €500 qualifying success fee | Photo & listing; 45 days; up to eight total enquiry-handling hours; four viewing bookings, including attendance at two in Vilnius for up to 60 minutes each; one independent inspection coordinated; weekly update and two listing changes. Inspector paid separately. |
Timing and included work
The 30-day and 45-day management terms begin on the agreed advert go-live date. Hours and booking limits are totals across the service term, not weekly allowances. Concierge replaces the Managed limits; it does not add them. No automatic renewal or post-term commission applies to this pilot. Dates for photography, editing and handover are agreed in writing.
When a success fee is due
For Managed and Concierge, the success fee is due only when a buyer introduced by us during the service term completes the vehicle purchase within that same term. Existing prospects are recorded before work starts. An enquiry, viewing, deposit or verbal promise alone is not completion. Buyer introductions and completion are recorded so the fee can be checked. There is no undisclosed fee from both sides of the same vehicle transaction.
Bank transfer and invoices
Payment is currently by bank transfer using the details on the agreed service invoice. Fixed fees and setup fees cover the specified preparation or deliverables; due dates are confirmed in the written agreement. A success fee is invoiced only after its qualifying trigger. Online card payments are coming soon and are not currently enabled. We do not receive vehicle deposits or the buyer’s vehicle purchase payment.
Exclusions and extra costs
Paid portal listings, advertising spend, cleaning, detailing, repairs, vehicle-history reports, independent inspections, finance, warranties, storage, custody, driving and outside-city travel are excluded unless separately agreed. Independent inspection fees are separate. Extra time or bookings are quoted and approved before work; included limits do not silently expand into extra charges.
Owner responsibilities and authority
You must own the vehicle or have the owner’s authority, provide accurate facts and known defects, and approve the advert and price. Tell us promptly if condition, mileage or availability changes. Present a clean car for photography. You control test drives, negotiate and sign the vehicle sale, and receive payment. We have no authority to sign a vehicle sale, take custody or drive the vehicle under these packages.
Presentation, approvals and outcomes
Photography and copy must show the car honestly; known defects are not concealed. An asking-price comparison is not an independent valuation or a mechanical inspection. You approve publication channels and vehicle claims. No sale, price, timeframe or buyer count is guaranteed. A third-party inspector is responsible for their own separately agreed assessment.
Consumer withdrawal
For a consumer service agreed remotely, the normal withdrawal period is 14 days from the contract date, subject to applicable law. Notify us at art@cepule.com with a clear statement identifying the agreement. The model withdrawal text below is optional. Where a refund is due, it is made within the applicable 14-day deadline by the original payment method unless another fee-free method is agreed.
Starting during the withdrawal period
Early performance requires a separate express request. Where statutory conditions are met, withdrawal after that request can require a proportionate payment for work supplied up to withdrawal. The right is lost after full performance only when the law’s prior express-consent and acknowledgement conditions are satisfied. Selecting a package, sending an enquiry or paying a setup fee alone is not that consent.
Other cancellation and rescheduling
Setup fees are not automatically non-refundable. Any cancellation outside a statutory withdrawal right is assessed against work actually supplied, separately approved non-recoverable costs and mandatory law. Undelivered work is not charged as if completed. Changes to dates or scope are agreed in writing; there is no automatic rescheduling penalty. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we explain the options and refund any amount due for work not delivered.
Photos, copy and permissions
You must have the right to share the material you supply. The written agreement confirms the usage rights for delivered photos and copy and the approved listing channels. We do not use your car, registration, personal details or correspondence as a public portfolio example without separate permission. No ownership document or ID upload is requested through this website.
Complaints and consumer disputes
If an agreed deliverable is missing or does not match the agreed scope, tell us what is wrong. We will discuss correction, re-performance or another appropriate remedy without limiting any statutory rights. An included revision does not replace your rights if a service is defective.
Send a complaint to art@cepule.com or the correspondence address, describing the service and the remedy requested. Consumer complaints receive a reasoned reply within 14 calendar days. If the complaint is unresolved or no reply arrives within that period, you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, through vvtat.lrv.lt. Court and other mandatory remedies remain available.
Law, language and changes
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Lithuanian law is proposed for the service agreement without removing mandatory protection available to a consumer. No clause requires a consumer to use a particular court contrary to applicable law. Material changes apply to future agreements, not retrospectively to agreed work. Lithuanian wording is a draft until the nominated human reviewer approves it; no automatic English-prevails clause is imposed.
Optional withdrawal statement
You may send this by email to art@cepule.com. A different clear statement is also acceptable. No signature is needed for an email.
Separate early-start request
For a specific written agreement, not the enquiry form. Neither statement is preselected or implied by payment.
